Hi I found out I had a recall on my 2000 roadstar 1600 contacted Jay in service he handle ordering of parts and getting them in a timely manor and let me know when thay were there and set up to have me deliver my bike for the repairs this is a major repair thay got it all done and bike runs like a brand new bike it is 17 years old jay got hurt and K C toke over and handle everything for me great job and the tech A J got the job done I am very happy with his work and thanks to everyone involved with this repair my bike is my babe and I trust them to help me take care of her.

When I walked in a young guy Mr. Jorden Gonzaluz asked me right away if he could help me. I told him I wanted to buy a motorcycle. I told him which one I was interested in buying. Without any hassle, stress, or pushing me into something different than my interest Jorden Gonzaluz took me out and showed me what he had between new and used motorcycle of my interest. It was love at first sight with the bike I purchased. We sat down and I gave him some information and he assured me he would do all he could to get me on that motorcycle with in that day. To my surprise with in minutes he had an approval for me. I was so happy he made a life dream of mine come true to be an owner and operator of my very own motorcycle. I ordered a host of parts on 6/2/2015 from the internet sales side of Lone Star, Stadium Yamaha. There was one part showing on back order. I chose to place the order for that part on the phone, therefore avoiding unnecessary delays with delivery. There were vacation plans at stake!. I will not go into the many, many details as I don't feel I can fairly without sounding negative. Needless to say, it was not until 6/30 that it was made clear to me that the original order had been "dropped" and a new order was going to be required, this was completed on 7/1/2015, with the part having to come out of Japan. It was very unfortunate that this dealership, or any other that I checked with, could not see the status of this order. I spent countless hours (12.5) on the phone with Yamaha Customer Relations in an effort to resolve this delivery issue. Did I say that vacation plans were in the balance? The part is for the engine interior, meaning, motor out/jugs pulled/case split. We're leaving on 7/18/2015. As of 7/7/2015 I still didn't have a definitive answer on delivery. I called Lone Star up, in desperation on the evening of 7/7/2015 and spoke with Josh Perez, Service Manager at Lone Star. I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with him giving him all the details and expressing my general frustration. The entire time, Josh was understanding, patient and through the conversation decided to look at his "abandoned bike inventory". It just so happened that they had the exact make/model of the one I needed a part for. Josh told me he would speak with the owner and contact me the next day. He was going to convince the owner that pulling that motor and sending me the part was something "they had to do". On 7/8, I received a phone call from Josh, and as promised, the owner of Lone Star agreed and everything was set to do just that...as hard as it is to believe. Within 45 minutes of having that conversation with Josh, I did receive a confirmation from Customer Relations that the new part would be available at the warehouse in GA on 7/9. I called Josh and told him this great news and expressed how appreciative I was that Lone Star was willing to do the "Right Thing for the Customer", something that is becoming harder and harder to find daily. Needless to say, Josh and Lone Star tracked the package into them, delivered to them on 7/10, and turned it around same day for Saturday AM Delivery to my home in GA. (yes the warehouse is in GA and I live in GA...that's another story for another day). Any ways, I just can not say enough about how Josh and the owner treated me. Thanks Josh, Thanks Lone Star, our vacation has been salvaged.

Took my bike in for service, road home and noticed some problems. Spoke with operations manager, they came to my house, trailer the bike back to shop. Fixed everything that DAY, called me back to advise that the bike was ready. Very impressed with the level of service. I will go back again. Ride Hard.

Nobody in the metroplex would allow my boyfriend and I to get ride a sport bike to decide between zx10 or r1 we came to lone star Yamaha and Keri actually let me take the zx10 home for my bad to ride back when he got off work. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. We will def be back !!!!

I would absolutely highly recommend Lone Star Yamaha! Chris was very patient with me during the whole process of buying my first motorcycle. Annie was also incredibly helpful in the finance department. Literally everyone there is super nice and really helpful. Definitely going back when I upgrade to a bigger bike.
